John Sheridan reviews the profitability of UK veterinary practices and recommends an action plan for practice owners and managers to help them define their current practice performance. He suggest the use of a simple diagnostic tool to investigate why financial performance is not as good as it might be and suggests three specific policies designed to correct the underlying management issues and boost the bottom line and the value of your veterinary business by 50% or more in year 1.
