Great news - I am delighted to let you know that the next Lunch-Break Webinar after a summer break, will be held at 1pm (1300 BST) on Thursday September 3rd. Who can participate?
Anyone with a PC, a broadband connection to the internet and a telephone. Participation is free apart from the cost of your own telephone call (standard access number quoted by the conference call service at 5p per minute). Attending a webinar is like attending any seminar apart from the place where the event takes place. Instead of meeting in a conference room we meet in a virtual conference room on the web.
Joining instructions
You won't need to register on each occasion but you will need to download and access the Conference Room and join the telephone conference call. Here's how -- Step 1 target="_blank"> click here to download the Conference Room Conference is an .exe file. I suggest that you save it to your hard disk (perhaps your desktop), then check it to satisfy yourself that it is virus free, then double click the Conference Icon to open it. You will then be asked to enter your first and last name, then select the appropriate conference room - Veterinary Business Briefing, then click OK. You will then be asked to enter the access password for this conference. The conference password is 'vbbpassword' Be patient - you may have to wait for 2 or 3 minutes for the Conference Room to open. Can I suggest that you login to the online conference and the telephone conference call as early as you wish -- certainly a few minutes before the webinars are due to start so that we can kick off promptly at 1pm
